读着晋级书，看着晋级视频，这次有缘见到了真实的窦总和晋级人，感受到了什么叫晋级正能量，什么叫生命绽放，什么叫人生格局、人生付出、人生成长和人生晋级！

窦总的正能量演讲，讲了信任、信念和信仰，对“成功”进行了重新定义，看似不经意的话意，却道出了人生的真正意义和追求，使我们这些年已不惑的困惑者，找到了从事教育的使命和荣光，启动了心灵深处的内动力，起心动念，与人为善。特别是对成功的定义，事业可以不成功，但做人一定要成功。反省自己的过去，我曾经的成功和成长，何其局限，何其狭隘，有多少立志，又有多少志存高远；有多少迷茫，又有多少坚信与坚持。见贤思齐，知耻后勇，唯有真正去领悟，坚持肯干才能成就别人，证明自己。

先让自己成为快乐的人，再把快乐传递给所有的人，让世界更美好！
