赵海宽资历背景

1930年9月2日出生于陕西省绥德县,1952年毕业于中国人民大学专修科，1970年至1974年在我国驻瑞士大使馆作外交官，1981年起任中国人民银行总行金融研究所所长，1993年起任名誉所长，还任中国金融学会副会长。研究员，博士研究生导师，并在多所大学担任兼职或客座教授，已培养出一批硕士生和博士生。共出版了专著八本、在各种报纸和刊物上发表了经济、金融类论文三百多篇，主编大型工具书三部，还牵头同别人合作著书十本，主编大型工具书六部。
代表性专著有：《货币银行概论》（1985年经济科学出版社出版，1987年第2次印刷）；《中国金融业的大变革》（1993年河南人民出版社出版）。代表性论文主要有：《人民币可能发展成为世界货币之一》，《经济研究》2003年3期；《全球经济一体化和我国银行业》，《宏观经济研究》2000年9期；《银行也可考虑试行股份制》，化名“肖见”发表于1998年《经济研究》第一期；《关于解决银行不良资产过多问题的思考》，2001年12月8日《人民日报》第六版；《认识货币政策时滞问题是正确掌握货币政策的先决条件》，1991年《金融研究》；《在深化金融改革中应确立的几个基本观念》，2003年3月17日《金融时报》理论版。
